What we sell

CosmicLeads.Net (“CosmicLeads,” “we,” “our”) provides digital, time-sensitive data: daily expired real estate listings for South Florida with owner phone numbers, delivered by email at 8:00 AM ET. No physical goods are shipped.

No returns & no refunds

Because access to our data is delivered digitally and has immediate value, all sales are final.

No returns of digital products.

No refunds once an order is placed or a subscription cycle has started, regardless of usage.

Free sample

We offer a one-day free sample so you can evaluate quality before subscribing. Use the sample to confirm fit for your business.

Subscriptions, renewals & cancellation

Subscriptions bill $99.99 every 30 days (auto-renew) via Shopify/Seal Subscriptions.

You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date.

To cancel: use the “Manage Subscription” link in your order/receipt emails, your account portal, or contact us (see below).

Canceling does not generate a refund for the current period.

Delivery & access issues

Daily lists are sent to the email and/or phone provided at checkout. Please whitelist our address and keep your contact info current.

If you did not receive a delivery, check spam/junk and filters. If still missing, email us the same day and we’ll re-send your file. Re-delivery does not change the no-refund policy.

Billing mistakes (the only exceptions we correct)

We will promptly fix clear billing errors, such as:

Duplicate charges for the same subscription cycle,

Accidental multiple subscriptions created in error on the same account,

Fraudulent transactions proven by the payment processor.
When confirmed, we’ll void the duplicate or credit the erroneous charge. Bank/card posting times vary.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve billing issues quickly. Unauthorized or unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Compliance reminder

Our data is provided for prospecting purposes only. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and brokerage rules (including DNC/telemarketing regulations).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
